LOA

ang reply sa akin kaninang around 10:00AM, they will just contact toyota bel-air, and they will give me a call within the day!

within the day! within the day! e mamaya e night na, wala pa rin. ggrrr. sarado na yung toyota! e bukas, coding ako! anak ng tinapa, e di miyerkules ko pa maiipasok yun sa casa? e sa thursday e paalis na ako papuntang jordan!

if at 6:00PM at hindi pa nila ako tinawagan, isesend ko na yung bombang email na nasa drafts ko! wala lang, papagalitan ko lang naman sila, nakaadress sa vice-president ng customer service department nila. naready ko na! just to give you a hint kung anong pinagsasabi ko... eto yung isa sa magandang paragraph na nabuo sa kukote ko...

"I am just wondering, how come it took almost a day for them to talk to Toyota Bel-air considering that they are one of your dealer-partners? They are just a phone call away, email services and fax are already available nowadays, don't you have them? Do they have that much claims to process or is it really your tradition to do things as slowly as possible??"

hehehe. 30 minutes na lang, lilipad na ito sa vice president nila. ewan ko lang kung hindi mapagalitan yung mga usad-pagong na tao nila sa San Pablo, Laguna.

Sana tumawag sila para naman hindi sila mapagalitan. =)

I could understand your frustration, ganyan pa rin sa atin parang pagong. I am a very difficult customer and won't give up until I know the company/store/government agency have done something about my complaints. Medyo nagger na rin ako minsan.

hi! thanks for your comments... tradition na nga yata dito sa pilipinas to do their job as slowly as possible. anyways, hindi ko itinuloy yung pagsesend ng email. binigyan nila ako ng update around 5:45pm.
