Medyo matagal-tagal ko na ring hindi na-uupdate yung aking blogtimizer blog - the blog for optimizing Blogger blogs. Hehehe. Oo, hindi lang sa ibabaw under the title, but within your post. Visit my new blog here.
It has been proven by experience among Adsense publishers na takaw click ang ads kapag nakaembed sya sa content, kagaya nga nun. So, paano ko ginawa yun? Spread the word! Ok, here is the step by step guide.
Ito, isang tip ko pa. I already experimented with this for the past 3 days. Although sabi ni Yuga, one week ang kailangan to prove na a change on your ad will really increase your CTR, for me 3 days is enough. Konting change, for 3 days nang sunod sunod, tumaas yung CTR ko ulit at syempre, tumaas ang kita ko per day. So anong ginawa ko? Well, actually, nabasa ko ito sa The Adsense Code. Ganito lang yun. Change your link color to blue! Oo... dapat yung google_color_link = "0000FF".
What's the logic behind? Ganito daw kasi yun. Check it out. When you type in MS Word, kapag gumawa ka ng link, anong default na kulay ng link? Blue! Anong kulay? Blue! Kapag gumawa ka ng e-mail at automatic ikinonvert ng software mo ang mga URL at e-mail address into a link, anong kulay?? Blue! Oo!!! Hindi nila alam ito, it's just the way they behave, dahil nakasanayan na. Kung hindi kayo naniniwala, bahala kayo. Hehehe.
You'll see a little change in CTR, around 25% increase. Talaga? Meaning kung 3% ang CTR mo, magiging, 3.75%. Kung 10% yung CTR mo, magiging 12.5%. How's that? Kung meron kang average na 1000 page views per day at ang isang click ay $0.10, that's additional $2 per day, or $60 in a month! So, bakit hindi mo susubukan, di ba?
You might say, Oh kukote, 10% CTR is too high for a blog! Ito ang masasabi ko, if you have a niche blog, traffic coming from search engines and your ads are properly positioned and blended, 10% CTR is normal and 3% CTR is way too low.
Ituloy angsulong? Ituloy!!!
Yun lang!

Hi Marh,
Forgive me if I may offend you in some way. However, when I talked about blogs, I meant the true essense of a blog. On some of your "niche" sites, they're technically blogs in my book because of the nature of the content, i.e. they're not original nor written by the blogger. The site merely used BlogSpot as a platform or a CMS. Not everything that is created by Blogger.com is a blog.
In this connection, one could actually just create a plain HTML site and implement the same layouts you've perfected. Remember that blogging is more about conversations be real readers and not just one-time organic search visitors.
I hope you understood where I'm coming from. =)
Hi Yuga,
Thanks for dropping by. Don't worry, I'm not offended ;)
Reading your comments, I think, there's some typo... "On some of your "niche" sites, they're technically blogs in my book because of the nature of the content, i.e. they're not original nor written by the blogger." should be.. "On some of your "niche" sites, they're technically NOT blogs in my book because of the nature of the content, i.e. they're not original nor written by the blogger." Right? Yeah, they are not original because they are contributed by some people, and my other site contains free articles taken from the web.
Well, kung yung blog with its real essence ang pag-uusapan like your blog, I still believe na yung 3% CTR is way too low. With the traffic you are getting from search engines, you can still optimize it to increase your earnings. Wala ka naman talagang aasahang clicks from your regular readers eh.
Again, salamat sa pagdalaw sa aming munting bahay ;)
O ha! ako'y napadaan lamang. FISH!
