tips on google search

i don't know if you already know these things, just want to share to those who don't know... hehehehe


syempre, alam nyo na naman yung image search ng google, so i don't need to elaborate on that, pag nagsearch ka, gif, jpg files ang result, di ba? what if naghahanap kayo ng pdf file, xls file or doc file that discusses a certain topic, pede bang magsearch sa googel na pdf files lahat yung result? or xls file lang ang result? or whatever extension pa yan? pede! paano??? use the "filetype:" keyword.

Example: you want to "hack" something and probably wanted to see if there is an excel sheet on the web that contains password information... here is what you should do: punta ka sa google.com, then type mo sa search box "password filetype:xls" (syempre without double quotes)... then click search... anong result??? lahat yan, excel sheets that contains the word "password", di ba?? if you are looking for pdf file, ganun din, syempre, do I need to elaborate pa ba?? gusto nyo confidential documents? search nyo "strictly confidential filetype:doc" hehehe. katangahan din naman nila kung may makuha kang docs na strictly confidential, e bakit nila inupload sa web, di ba??? actually, try nyo, ang daming results...hehehehe


another important keyword sa google ay yung "define:", ano naman ginagawa nyan?? e di subukan nyo... type nyo "define: apple"...

yun lang muna... pag sinipag ulit ako, turuan ko pa kayo...
